Acupressure

Acupressure is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a non-intrusive precursor of acupuncture (“acupuncture without needles”) where the therapist uses finger/thumb pressure applied at certain points on the body along energy channel within the body called “meridians”. Meridians are mapped lines on the body that relate to organs and glands that are stimulated with acupressure treatment that release constrictions in the flow of energy, increase the energy flow, reduce stress and to promote health and harmony in the body. Pressure can be moderate to medium.
