Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for their curative and rejuvenating properties. In ancient times, many used this to reduce stress and tension, refresh and invigorate the body, soothe emotions, and clear the mind. Aromatherapy is generally incorporated into a full body massage and is absorbed into the body to affect a physiological change. When inhaled, essential oils directly affects the limbic area of the brain that is related to emotions and memories.
